The City of Pearland has developed a webpage to share important information related to recovery from the recent winter storms.

Please visit this page to:
• Utilize the Texas Disaster Impacts Self-Reporting Tool
o This data will the City and the State of Texas better understand the damage suffered by individuals due to the storm and may assist us in applying for federal funds to help mitigate the damage and prepare for future events.
• Understand Permitting Requirements
o The Pearland City Council has waived permit fees for all storm related damage until March 31, 2021.
• Verify the Registration of a Contractor to Perform work in Pearland
o Contractors are required to register with the City; meet minimum insurance requirements; and provide contact information.
• Understand the Debris Removal Process
o Debris is handled by a separate contractor than Waste Management and must be separated properly for pickup.
